Welcome to the Lotus House, where you can enjoy the serenity of the mountains with the luxuries of convenience at your fingertips. Just minutes from downtown Flagstaff & Snowbowl and perfect for incredible meals with this fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy a hot soak after a cold day in the outdoor hot tub or the soaker tub in the main master retreat. Unwind by the fire pit outdoors or enjoy a grilled steak on the gas grill. This property boasts 3 king bedrooms + 2 more, 4 full baths & a game room.

Lotus House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and overlooks a beautiful scenic forest, as does the relaxing hot tub! Three king bedrooms, two of which are en suites, ensure a quiet night of comfort. The main floor king bedroom is handicapped accessible and includes a desk. A bunkroom that sleeps six is a great additional space, as is a private loft with two twin beds and a futon above the game room. There are six smart TVs in the house, enough to keep everyone happy! Every room has a fan, and there is central air and heating throughout the house except for the private loft, which has its own mini-split. Gas fireplaces in the family room and game room add a relaxing and cozy ambiance to this beautifully updated house. The perfect home for a large group, with a maximum of 15 guests! Other Details to Note

While we want our guests to have a wonderful stay at Lotus House, we also try to be respectful of our neighbors. We therefore have a 10:30 PM noise and light cutoff time for the back deck. We appreciate our guests understanding! A maximum of 6 cars may be parked at the house. There is no parking on the street at any time, except for normal loading and unloading. Due to City regulations, cars may be ticketed if parked on the street. A $50 management fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $3,000. TPT: 21536809

House Rules

Dear guests and prospective guests, we are so happy you are checking out our listing! We know you will love the house and location and are excited to be hosting you. Our greatest desire is that you have a wonderful stay and enjoy gorgeous Flagstaff. There are some rules we need to ask you to adhere to in order to ensure the safety of our guests and to keep our home and grounds beautiful. Our most important house rule is no light, noise, or use of spa on the back deck after 10:30 pm. We ask our guests to respect our neighbors’ privacy and quiet time. Smoking of any kind is also not allowed inside the home. While we would prefer no smoking on the exterior grounds, we understand some people might want to. There is a pedestal ashtray on the north end of the backyard for your use. Please be aware of the very real danger of a forest fire and dispose of any cigarette butts safely. Any smoking in the interior of the home will result in a fine of $300, plus the cost of a cleaning company to come in for odor removal, if necessary. Please note the 10:00 am check-out time. We often have guests checking in the same day, and our cleaning staff needs to make the home ready for them. A $50 charge will be applied if check out is after 10:30 am. and for every half hour thereafter. If check out is after 12:00 noon, a full day's fee will be charged to your account, along with the possibility of the authorities being called. If guests don't adhere to the check-out time and it causes the necessity of the cancellation of the next guest, you will be charged the booking fee for the cancelled guest. We appreciate your respecting our rules and the necessity of having a clean home for the next guests. A maximum of 6 cars may be parked at the house. We are an "International Dark Night City," which means there is no lack of stargazing. With only 8 minutes to downtown Flagstaff and 7 minutes from Northern Arizona University, we are in the perfect location to be close to restaurants and the University, while still having lots of privacy in nature. A convenience store, grocery store, and several restaurants such as Cafe Rio, Buffalo Wild Wings, Your Pie Pizza, and a Starbucks are only 0.9 miles away, so a quick 3-minute drive or a gorgeous 15-minute walk from The Lotus House. For families or those who enjoy the magic of Christmas in the mountains, you couldn't find a better location to stay than the Lotus House. 33 miles from The Polar Express in Williams, AZ, brings the family movie to life with a real Polar Express train ride through the North Pole - including hot chocolate and a visit from Santa himself! If you prefer a more interactive holiday experience while walking around, The North Pole Experience is located 4 miles from the house. For this experience you will portal to the North Pole and visit Santa's Workshop - elves and all! Explore the surrounding area with several other attractions Flagstaff has to offer: LOWELL OBSERVATORY: 3.5 miles - The place Pluto was discovered! This house was so perfect for our family vacations, the whole house was completely ready, clean, beautiful and new. Joni was very responsive and helpful at all times making us feel comfortable, the house has a very thing you need and more. Full of little things and details that if you forgot something for your trip, she for sure has it covered! Even a drawer full of batteries and chargers. ☺️Everything is comfortable, clean and cozy. If you want to explore Sedona, Flagstaff, Williams and still feel like right at home, this is your place, recommend 100%

Joni's home was exactly as advertised. It was clean and fully equipped. This home was able to accommodate our entire family. The game room was very popular with all of our children and grandchildren. Joni was easy to work with and very attentive to any question or need. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

This was our second stay at the Lotus House, and it was even better than the first. My adult children grandkids and I made wonderful new memories in a place that truly feels like home. The extra touches Joni adds - from thoughtful amenities to the beautiful Christmas decorations - made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The home was spotless and well-stocked. Joni was definitely a super host! House was spacious and nicely decorated! Appreciated the downstairs bedroom for my husband and I! Kitchen was so well stocked, especially for cooking big meals, like Thanksgiving! Lots of extras if needed for babies and young kids! We all brought some games, but there were tons of games at the house! Joni even left us a special game to play which was so fun!! House is in a neighborhood, but felt like you were in the country with the woods behind the house!! Hot tub and fire pit added a lot!! Plenty of parking for our large group! Can’t say enough about how we enjoyed and appreciated being able to stay at Joni’s house!! Thank you so much!

We had an amazing stay! The house is cozy, conveniently located and well stocked. The moms on the trip loved the coffeemaker and the thoughtful/quality bathroom products. The kids loved the game room and the bunk beds. Our group of 8 will definitely be back! There was a small issue that was immediately resolved. Our host was super responsive!
